7-zone Multi-Gas Tube Furnace for Vacuum Applications
The custom made PTF 12/105/1400 tube furnace provides a heat zone of 1400 mms separated in 7 zones of 200 mms. With capacity to use up to 4 gases and their mixtures simultaneously, the tube furnace enables the operator to complete high accuracy tests in a controlled environment. Vacuum of up to 10-2 mbars enables a contaminant free atmosphere for operation.
